We also have high speed internet, with 100+ down, so no matter if you want to stream some shows, catch up on emails, maybe keep the kids occupied, or just share your visit on social media. This home was remodeled in 2024, which includes, 4 bedrooms, luxury vinyl flooring, three remodeled bathrooms, 2 shower tub combos, and 1 shower with modern tile. Updated lighting through out, large eat-in kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, and large table that seats 8 people. Stay @ Rapp has 1 King bed, 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 1 set of bunk beds. Comfy couches and 60” TV over the fireplace, and TV in the game room.
Parking for up to 3 vehicle’s.
River Toys & Amenities
With access to the Rappahannock river just minutes away. We have your water and sand toys covered for your use. We also have floats, kayaks, paddleboard, inflatable rafts, coolers, sand toys for the kids, and beach chairs for your use. Ask about our optional Golf Cart rental to make getting to the beach and back easy and effortless. Don’t forget to bring your bathing suit and sun tan lotion! Beach access, sandy beaches, fishing pier, and swimming area, and boat ramp.
Please note that NO vehicle access is allowed on beach road, and NO parking at the beach and beach drop off.
